Terms of Service

These terms cover the Rivana public website and Rivana text-message program, operated by TekRevol. Use of an agency’s Rivana workspace may be subject to a separate service agreement. These website terms do not replace that agreement.

Using this website

Provide accurate information that you are authorized to share. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit another person’s contact information without permission. Public forms are not for medical records, emergencies, or urgent care requests. Contact your care provider directly for care decisions or urgent assistance.

SMS Terms

The Rivana SMS program provides non-marketing application follow-ups, interview and appointment scheduling, intake follow-ups, and customer-support messages. Rivana is the sender brand; messages may identify your agency for context. Automated technology may be used to send messages.

By checking the consent box and submitting the text consent form, you request recurring texts to the number you provide and confirm that you control that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase, employment, or receiving services. Message frequency varies based on your requests and workflow. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact abeer@rivana.health. You can also withdraw consent by emailing your number and request reference. A new website submission does not override a previous STOP or automatically restart messages.

Delivery and privacy

Text delivery depends on carrier availability, registration and network conditions; delivery times and receipt are not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
