Rivana is operated by TekRevol. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information submitted through the Rivana website and our text-message program. Agency-managed client, caregiver, and clinical records are also governed by the relevant agency agreement and instructions.

Information we collect

We collect the contact details you submit, such as your name, email address and phone number, along with inquiry details, form responses, and communication preferences. When you request texts, we record your affirmative consent, the disclosure version, submission time, and source page. Hosting and communications providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and delivery logs to operate and secure their services. Do not submit medical records or sensitive care details through public website forms.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, arrange demonstrations or appointments, support your use of Rivana, maintain consent records, and send the operational updates you have requested. SMS consent is separate from an inquiry or purchase and is not required to receive services or apply for work.

SMS privacy and sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use service providers for hosting, storage, email and text delivery, including Railway, Supabase, Resend and Twilio where configured. They process information needed to provide these services on our behalf. Relevant information may be provided to the agency handling your request, at your direction, or where required by law. SMS consent is not permission for unrelated companies to market to you.

Your choices

Reply STOP to a Rivana text to stop further texts from that sender. Reply HELP for assistance, or email abeer@rivana.health to request help, withdraw consent, or request access, correction or deletion of your website information. We may verify your identity before acting on a request. We may retain records needed to honor opt-outs, resolve disputes or meet applicable requirements.

Storage and protection

We retain information as needed for the purposes described here and applicable obligations. Access is limited according to the systems and roles used to operate the service. No method of storage or transmission is guaranteed secure. Our providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate.

Website storage and external links

Sign-in areas may use browser storage to maintain a session. Links to third-party websites are governed by those providers’ policies. This website and messaging program are intended for adults.
